Very helpful staff. Trying the running machine to find the best shoes for you is a fun experience, not sure how much of a gimmick vs actually being useful it is but I did it and bought the recommended shoes.

Rude staff that don’t have any customer service skills. Bought shoes that lasted two weeks and now having trouble refunding me for a new pair of limited edition trainers that cost £145. Stay well clear of this shop I have warned you.
