Any time from 8 till 4 .30
I couldn't attend my Urology appointment at DRI yesterday as I had an appointment at the Sandringham Health Centre for a breathing problem at the same time. As my wife and myself are both 88 years of age, my wife doesn't drive and we have just given up the car and have no children we are now very restricted for appointments.
You can always contact the secretaries to reschedule your appointment explaining your circumstances. They are quite accommodating that way.

where is the x ray department and nearest car park for very infirm old lady
The nearest entrance for the X-ray department is via the middle entrance. So, if you come into the hospital grounds via Blyth Road then you need to turn left rather than heading for the main entrance/ Accident and Emergency.
However, the easiest way would be to park on the Maternity side (Kilton Hill side) and go into the hospital via the maternity entrance, follow the corridor round, go past the labour ward and early pregnancy unit, go through the double doors onto the main corridor, you'll see the lifts on the left but turn right and follow the corridor to the end and that's where the X-ray department is.
Where is the orthopedic department?
Blyth Road side,
OutPatient entrance.
At one stage they weren't taking things like that back due to COVID but I think you can return them to orthopaedic out patients department now.
Are there any parent accommodations near to the hospital? If not nearby hotels?
There is a travelodge a out to open in Worksop. There are a few hotels dotted around the area
Is there staff accomadation available near hospital
There's staff accommodation within the grounds
Can I give a donation to the childrens hospital?
Yes but you would have to phone main reception to find out how, hope this helps
Do I have to book a place on the bus to Doncaster hospital ?
Yes you do, just phone the outpatients department to book a ride there and back

Not sure sorry. You'll need to go on the website or phone them
What are the visiting hours
You would have to ring the ward you were wanting to go on. It's different for everywhere and I think they were stopping it again in some areas but calling would be the best bet.
Can my wife accompany for a MRI today
It depends how busy it is tbh
Can you have someone with you when attending clinic appointment?
All depends on which department. They have different rules, your best calling and asking.
Does anyone know if there is free parking at the moment? When I put my details into the machine it said parking paid. I put my details in on arrival and now wonder if I should have done it when I was leaving!
Yes you have to pay again and as you leave.
