If you’re going to small claims court I have to say my experience was really positive. Everyone was able to get their point across and the judge was considered, calm and fair. It’s initially quite scary if you’ve been asked to appear but they handle everything with fairness.

Extremely helpful staff. Talked me through why I haven’t had notification and helped me find who owned my file. gentleman I spoke to was compassionate and understanding and eased my anxiety about the situation.
