Awful company. They would not accept a return which was done in accordance with the terms and conditions. Took several months and a court claim to get my money back with compensation. Never again.

Absolutely Appalling customer services. EBay and PayPal have had to resolve the issues.

They refused to replace a faulty Airbed because apparantly I was supposed to know to contact them instead of the manufacturer. I sent them evidence of my contact with Coleman’s but as it was over 12 months since I bought the airbed they weren’t interested. Appalling customer service. Will not use again. Avoid!!!

DO NOT USE THIS ‘trader’. We returned a Riber canoe (after much awkwardness from Camping Online who passed the matter on to Riber). That was 3 weeks ago and we still haven’t received our refund. Our credit card company will be taking the matter up as they appear to be disingenuous traders. SCAM!
