Awful company, I agree with Rahima. Pay off the installments, try sell the car for what you can. Not back to car giant, because they'll give you peanuts. Sell it privately, and get your car from elsewhere. Don't deal with car giant....

What's your point? Are the AA refusing you service? If yes that's an issue with the AA not Cargiant.

No discount for any one! In fact have to pay admin fee on top screen price, then 0.2% extra if you pay by debit card. You have to pay extra for warranty too! Hyundai has discount for NHS staff but carwow is even cheaper. Most dealers will give you discount if you try, especially after middle of month. Main dealer has warranty and breakdown service included in their price and most will service your car before it leaves the forecourt. You do the sums!

Remeber if you're getting a diseal, make sure you get a 2015 onwards one, which Euro 6 compliant. These guys at cargiant will try to flog you off with cheaper models which won't be Euro 6 emission standard!

I was looking to purchase a car from them tomorrow. Are you able to share what exactly happened with your car that you purchased from car giant? Did you get the additional warranty?

Incorrect. They buy their vehicles from the two main car auctions in the UK, British Car Auctions & Manheim. The vehicle are delivered into their prep shops where any small bodywork issues are taken of before being put up for sale. They don't service the vehicles or check them over however. I viewed a car there a couple of weeks ago, I was told they didn't have a service book for if but it was online with the manufacturer. I found the manuals and service book in the glove box which they obviously couldn't work out how to open. (Took me a while tbh). One of the rear seats was stuck on its sliding rails behind the front passenger seat proving nobody even gives them a coursery glance. It's only when you buy the vehicle they keep you waiting a couple of hours whilst they "prep" the vehicle. What this entails I don't know.
