Since becoming 1Life the website fails frequently and no one answers the phone!
I went to visit the gym and they have certainly done a good job on the refurb. However, customer service seems appalling.
After leaving I do not expect to be harassed by text messages basically begging for me to come back. What’s more, to unsubscribe I must send a text to 88882, which will cost me. On principle this is disgusting, I will not pay ANY amount of money as this is blackmail. I expect to be removed immediately.
Heard it used to be bad but it’s been rebuilt and it’s honestly great
You can either have a membership or have a pay as you go (download app and book via app) They encourage you to book sessions incase of peak times
