Worst customer service they did not see whoes their old customer they believe on their staff not customer sending them letters with threat 3 of us closing our accounts

Good clean place, watch out as you turn in it’s a sharp turn to left. Place is clean and coffee is good.

Bad advice given last month about a CTF, wasted journey into town today waste of £11 for parking, , poor staff attitude and response on phone giving feedback. Poor show, we will simply cash our chips in w YBS.

Closing down all accounts with them. Phoned 3 times last week to the Canterbury branch. No one called me back even when I said it was urgent and I couldn’t come into branch because of Covid. Tried to e mail them total fiasco. I’m now on the phone to head office. Of course there extremely busy 15 mins wait…
