Never had a problem till now 2 late payment no fault of mine bank and vodaphones fault always paid on time even paid more at times now stopped me shopping unfair

Want to ask are all payments & and no matter what the amount is, is it every 2 weeks or can it get changed.
This company are wrong they did a transaction on my bank account did not informing the card holder,it did not have the persons name on it who was purchasing the items so they should not have done this ,as they was not enough in her account,argued
