Have tried getting through to Corgi via their main contact number over an hour yesterday and another hour today without any joy. Simply put on hold via the automated system and unable to report my problem!

What happened to emergency services on 12 Dec . We are in our 80s and had no electricity from 10.30 am. When we tried ringing Corgi the 'phones gave one ring and then, nothing. Tried several numbers, same result. Neighbour tried, same result.

Been with them since 2017 boilers was serviced last year now tell me that they don't cover lpg boilers so that means heating system and boilers are not covered does that mean it was fraudulently serviced last year
why do you not keep your word when people have a genuine claim, you just dont want to know! you tell people to go to the ombudsman, this i will do, but if i dont get satisfaction i will go to court and i have enough evidence to to win.
I called the contact centre yesterday to advise my father who had a policy with Corgi, had passed away, so the account could be cancelled. I was actually asked to pay a cancellation fee. Only company I have called to do this!
