if they cant answer a phone then why on this earth should i pay!? any recieved a letter from these cowboys in regards to a parking charge NOTICE??

The County Court business centre stated that they do not have anyone of judicial authority there and so can't legally issue a ccj. They claimed it was made by the 'actual courts', however, upon phoning the 'ac,' they stated that they had nothing to do with it and that they were under the impression that the correct legal body was working at the ccbc and that the ccbc is creating and registering ccj's... Which in turn would mean that they are impersonating a court and not acting within a lawful manner. I think we need to establish which businesses 'corporations' are conducting themselves legally within our realm as the law seems to conflict with alot of what we are being told by them

Just make a credit check with some free app and see what is it about then contact them .You will know.The phone line is busy because they deal with cases from the whole country.

Yes it's a scam is it signed with blue or black ink no a photo copy I been waiting for the courts to pick up phone since January 2017 so just ignore it

The County Court Business Centre does not only deal with debts related to driving. You don't owe it to Northampton County Court Business Centre. You probably owe it to the Claimant who successfully obtained a County Court Judgement (CCJ) against you, because you probably did not pay a debt and you probably didn't respond to the Court letters....it depends whether it is showing on your credit file as a satisfied or unsatisfied CCJ....

I bee N trying to get sorted since January 2017 still have not had word back just took my cash and nothing for it I just want what's owed to me by someone nothing zilch so far waiting for BBC watch dog

The local authorities (councils) are issuing the tickets,they also wait and then register the PCNs with the Trafic Enforcement Centre (TEC) which is part from the Courts in order to get warrants for thier bailiffs (enforcement companies hired by the local authorities NOT THE COURT to collect the dept of the penalties). At TEC you can appeal the registration with the Court and get the chance to return the case back to the local authorities in original amount due.And temporarily to block the bailiffs until a decision is taken on the case whether to be returned to the local authorities. The lines are really busy but it is better for you to appeal.

I hv got letter got it for unpaid fine 3 years back and im gonna ignore as courts wouldnt not take 2 3 years to fine you. Just ignore i hv been ignoring

Don't pay its a fraudulent business I been told by the watchdog team not to pay I been trying to contact them since January 2017 to no avail
