Don’t deliver goods don’t answer phones and don’t return calls very poor company

Misselling products and abysmal customer service. Purchased an item from their eBay Shop (direct-vacuums) based on the explicitly promoted 12 Month Warranty. Upon needing information on that warranty, my messages sent to them are ignored, e-mails never get responses and phone calls are a wast of time.

Don’t bother buying from this company. They send you out the goods with missing or wrong parts so the item is useless. I’m now £110 out of pocket and they do not answer the phone and then you get an email saying you have to arrange a return …

To do this review properly I will have to do it with a sequence of events and timings and hope it makes sense.
