I had the same they sent me a letter demanding all that owed en him email back. With a offer that i could afford and monthly payments. Heard nothing back for 3-4weeks untill another letter with a fee for sending it. Saying they havant heard from me and with there Agents in the area pay full amount or exspected VISIT. I rang and told them that i'd emailed them a offer so why did they send another letter They told me they recived he offer but wasnt enough if they can send another letter out demanding payment Surely they could send me a letter letting me know it wasnt enough?????well mite of Helped if they'd let me know that instead of billing me for another piece of paper

I lodged a complaint against a very rude guy because a PNC letter with a strange name was sent to our address which stressed my wife. The guy said we had the audacity to allow people to use our address. I said what kind of allegation is this. He dropped the phone in a very rude manner. EQUITA have a very bad attitude in dealing with members of the public.

Dont need to, the council takes your case to court, apparently you dont need to be present.
