I went in to detail on trustpilot, let me down badly.

Really disappointed. So bad service. Couldn’t reach the customer service by a week. Also not response of my message. Not recommending at all . Never go with them.

Absolutely shocking service. Wanted a high deposit and was told to pay the driver cash. This company is some call centre down south who then try and get local recovery operators to do the job for less than half the price I paid. Absolutely shocking will never use again.

Awful company. I have been trying to contact them for over a week to change my vehicle details. I have left messages and emailed but no one has contacted me back. Appalling service and I would not trust them in an emergency.
