Pathetic company, I sold my flat August last year and ever since then Firstport have slowed everything down with solicitors as they never respond and I still have not moved out. They don’t respond to emails and don’t even bother ringing.

Utterly hopelesss service by utterly useless employees. My key fob stopped working and it took them ten weeks to provide one after i payed for an emergency replacement. When i escalated the complaint to their customer experience team the service got much worse thanks to the extremely rude, incapable and unprofessional Elaine.
