I love your shoes and tend to wear nothing else but…. your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It is almost impossible to get hold of you unless you have all day to hold on the phone. Your 0800 number doesn’t even allow you to hold but cuts you off basically telling you to keep ringing until someone eventually answers Your live chat says to call back in office hours, at 2pm when you don’t shut down until 4pm. I expected more from you.
