I left my bank card in the chip and pin device, just like ‘Michelle Coen’. I too received a friendly email to let me know they had it and that it was in their safe. Also, the service in the store has been very helpful on the several other occasions we have visited. It’s refreshing to see good customer service. Keep it up!

Rubbish shoes break apart after a few days

I’ve been to wynsors in Crewe 2 times this week, I found everything I’ve wanted from walking shoes to going out shoes, at a reasonable price, I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Popped there Thursday morning between 10 and 11, door locked no sign of life. Not even a note on the door saying why it wasn’t open during normal opening hours.

I bought a pair of shoes what are faulty and i only worn them only a week and i tried to get a refund on them but they only just refused to take them back and starting to get funny with me about it saying ot was my toe that is sharp

They have a large selection of shoes at reasonable prices, however they seem to only stock a few makes, we returned a pair of school shoes we bought for my daughter which broke after a few days, they exchanged them no problems, but I wanted to get a different mate as I was not impressed with the first, and this really limited our options
