Gateway housing are quick to assume you may not have payed your rent in time but when the tables are turned they will try to delay repaying you what they owe.As a housing association this is bad business for tenants

Who is gateway housing for
Our neighbors TV sound travels through the wall and breaches our peace. We were wondering if there is anything already in place by Gateway Housing whereby they advocate us in resolving this issue, such as insulation maybe?
Does anybody else have information about how to deal with Gateway housing when they fail to keep appointments and cause physical and mental distress to tenants?
When I moved into gateway I paid a weeks rent in cash, and when I got housing benefit they backdated it to that date. Am I meant to get that money back? If not that means gateway have been paid twice for one week..
