The phone line is very frustrating ino I can contact you on the website considering were all on hold for 50 minutes it's not required to have a automatic voice every time 30 seconds
Very, very poor service. I dont know where they get their customer satisfaction results from, but no-one I know has a good word to say about them.

Gght are being taken off Charity status will they have to drop the org.uk off their website URL and email address? They won't discuss this with tenants.
We contacted Charity commissions a number of times with concerns about gght other activities.
my ot put in for addaptions to my property when are you likeley to have the funds to carry them out as its been almost 18 months from when socill services put the requst in how much longer do i have to wait to have it done
Very bad services can get on the phone to them did a home swap and they never did the jobs on the flat
