Some accommodation is very sub par. No help with decorating. Cramped property. No storage. I even have to have my fridge freezer in the lounge as the flat is so small. I wished I was joking. I go to the gght because I’m on new leaf which help people find jobs help with money problems. Theirs parking and also a park where you can sit in the summer while your waiting to go to your appointment. Very nice staff.

If I was in arrears by just a week with my rent they would would be on my back threatening with legal action but try and get a refund on overpaid rent and I have to wait for 4 weeks.

Phoned up for repairs to a faulty toilet woman on the phone was so far up herself. Repair man was here quite quick to fix it
