yes, if the disabled bay is no longer required or the next person that moves in is not disabled. For example. I moved into a house where the previous occupant was disabled and I am disabled as well so I had to call so that it wasn't removed. You can call the same office that does the blue badges.

Go onto the main council www site and look up who your councilor is for your area. Should list their email details. Failing that, drop into the council office and ask the receptionist for the details.

You can call the same place where you get your blue badge and they will help you get the disable bay that is outside your home re-lined.
