Hermes is rubbish
ive been waiting indoors for 2 days there driver said he had been to my place yesterday well i was as i say waiting indoors and he never knocked at my housewhen they have delivered b4 they have gone to the wrong block of flats i wonder if they can read too be honest
I have a tx message from my hermes saying my parcel has been delivered. Ive been in the whole time, it definitely hasn't been delivered????
Just happened to me as well. This company should not be in business, the "signature" they have is a simple curve and they insist it is mine! Small Claims Court claim coming up, they will lose, no problem. It is just the extra hassle.
So awful these people really dont know how to knock or press a door bell
That's is disgusting and for it to have been a female delivering makes it even worse, she should be sacked like all couriers who don't do their jobs properly and efficiently which they are brings it to do, I have a brilliant driver from Hermes, as I am Disabled you couldn't wish for a better driver, so thoughtful, helpful, and considerate. Best one ever for Hermes he deserves a wage rise.
When I buy something from ebay. My heart drops when I see its from them. They do not leave a card. You go to the effert say where they can leave it. Also put not on door. Nope took no notice. Never get it right. Why do people use them. Rubbish
H lost parcel; claimed left in non-existent porch then that they had signature, tho' not using them because of covid. 7 different staff sent standard, once identical, inattentive replies. Told to contact Dutch postal service! How? Why? All staff's names suggested non-native English speakers.
How do you actually speak to someone at my hermes
They won't even live chat or just plain email anymore, the website sends you around in circles. If you buy things online they say you have to speak to the retailer, then the retailer is supposed to sort it out, in my experience they won't even engage with the retailer either. It seems when Hermes mess you about there is no recourse or accountability whatsoever.
I am disgusted by your service.I have two parcels you did not deliver. Your courier did not come to the address. No visit card left.I want my parcels back.
I have had the same problem not been and they say they have left a card as well as cant gain access. Im not a happy bunny . I cant get hold of anyone to find out where my parcels are i should gave had deliveries on two days running.
My parcel meant to be delivered today between 3 and 5mpto Lilian Efua Nebbah. Flat3, 63, craven Park but sorry l am not at home so can it be delivered to flat 11, 63, craven Park please. Thank you

Had a parcel delivered in Scarborough didn't know it was being delivered until the last minute, I am in Wakefield visiting family, stupid driver sent a photo of the parcel he has left at the side of the bins.
I have areceived a parcel with my address but not my name. So its not mine, and there is no option with this company that deals with this specific problem. All the answers are automated and not applicable. I am not happy with thier services and they need to get their act together. At leaset with the Royal mail there is some one there to help but not this company unfortunately. They lack customer care and are very robotic
I had a text to say my parcel was delivered this is False.
Second a note was put through my door and the delivery person was to lazy to put any information on the slip.

You can't actually speak to anyone when you phone them.....I've had 2 parcels delivered to the wrong address
Why no one ever delivers parcels to right address or post code and no phone number to enquire why total bull want order again
Maybe worth speaking to the sender's, they label your parcels ??

How do i get to talk to a human at Evri as an item i posted to someone has been tampered with while in Evri's possession and the item stolen and re-wrapped! The chat bot just runs you round in circles and achieves nothing. Rubbish Customer service
Mate had same problem had to contact the sellar took 2 weeks for item to turn up supposed to be 4 days

What's the phone number to one of these w?s? Also most of these Fake reviews are from the same IP most of them. I want to speak to a person not a Bot.
You can't get no answers from any phone number you Dail, after 4pm, I had lots of trouble trying to contact them, you need to call at there main office in Morley and they will sort your problem out, hope this helps.

Who do you complaint about Hermes? the automated system they have (Holly) is terrible and is of no help at all. I need to speak to an actual human not a machine to find a parcel that was collected on the 11th December

Hermes always been good at delivering my parcels, but yesterday their driver in my area has told 2 BIG FAT LIES, saying he tried twice to deliver but could not. He did not try I waited at the door 7 till 10pm when they said 7 - 9pm NO HERMES
So I got a message saying parcel delivered at my address and was signed for,there is nobody in at my address, so where have they left my parcel?
