Awful. Told me my car was a write off. No contact for weeks, no curtesy car. Eventually I went and bought new car without my payout. Weeks later they tell me it’s not a write off after all and it’s away for repair. Ended up losing thousands …

Was quick and easy to Insure in the beginning. But when you cancel a policy, a nightmare. They are quick to take your money even if you cancel policy and charge £20.00 for the privilege. Wouldn’t recommend. Also website says you can call on a weekdays but no one answer’s. A headache 😫 …
