Was quick and easy to Insure in the beginning. But when you cancel a policy, a nightmare. They are quick to take your money even if you cancel policy and charge £20.00 for the privilege. Wouldn’t recommend. Also website says you can call on a weekdays but no one answer’s. A headache 😫 …

I was insured by them last year.came to renew and as sure as eggs are eggs the price went up.

Had an accident and was never provide a courtesy car for 40 days, and was not offered quick repair, never received a single email from them, i have complained to fca.
Terrible customer service. Not interested in assisting and wait 46 minutes to talk to someone who was absolutely disinterested in helping me.
I wanted to add someone onto my insurance, waited on hold for an hour and 15 mins before putting the phone down due to other commitments, there is no email or other method of contact for them on their website. Very disappointed.
they made a mistake on my policy and wanted to charge me £140 to correct their mistake. Totally unhelpful and I tried to speak to a supervisor but they won’t talk to the public to sort any issues. Avoid at all costs
My son has insurance through them, has changed his car but can’t get through on the phone (tried yesterday and today within hours the call center should of been open) to change his insurance so in effect has no car and is having to take two buses to work .
