Customer service extremely rude and unhelpful and arguing over the phone. Ended up with a bed I didn’t order which was also badly marked and delivered weeks after expected, meant to be next day??

Totally awful service, take ages to deliver and outsource it to some company you have no way to contact and can’t tell you when it will arrive. When it finally did arrive product was dirty. Customer service won’t help total waste of time, I recommend people buy elsewhere.
