I put a caveat on and seen probate granted ? Why would the caveat be ignored ?
Dear sir/madame,
I served an issued warning on the caveator on the 27/11/19.
The caveator has not sent the appearance and the court is not sending a copy of the appearance.
What should i do as i want to move forward to get the caveat removed.
