worst service ever encountered

1 star only because i cannot put zero. Appalling service. Spent several hours on hold, my call will be answered as soon as possible apparently.

I have regularly phoned up for updates on a planning application and I am amazed how quickly they answer, how polite the staff are and how much effort they put into finding out about my application. Other government agencies need to take note.

Abysmally bad at answering questions, calls and emails. Dont do any repairs, never look after anything. Always someone elses fault.
