If you already paid for your ticket and have a reference and flight details you should not have a problem
Will not Redbook as was disappointed that was given wrong ref number to get back to UK and had extra to pay when on holiday

We haven't had any emails with booking references etc. We have tried every way to contact them to no avail.... what can we do?? The phone lines won't let us though without this, we cannot log into anything without this. We are stuck!

Have u got an email from them your reference number should be on any email they sent u, as soon as I payed my deposit I got a confirmation email and my reference number

Hi . I have booked my holiday and accidentally provided wrong email address .
Can anyone help what to do now as they send confirmation with ref to wrong email address so im not able to login in.
There is no phone number for love holidays .
In this case, the quickest way to get help is to send them a message on Facebook chat and tell them you entered the wrong email.
Once your email is corrected you can login and manage your booking easily.
loveholidays will never contact you over text, WhatsApp or Instagram. So never use those to discuss your booking, even if someone contacts you via those means.

I have such a problem. When buying, I gave the wrong email address. I need a booking number everywhere, which was sent to the wrong address, I don't have this number and I can't arrange ANYTHING anything at all.
If you contact love holiday by email with the email address you sent them tell them you gave the wrong email address and give them your new email address tell them when you booked the holiday where to and that confirmation was sent to wrong address they will be in touch by email hopefully this will help

I need to be able to either send a mail or call LH, I do not have a booking ref as my package was cancelled due to lockdown but I kept the flight. TUI cancelled my flights earlier this month and refunded LH but you have not refunded myself
