Once you book your holiday, you don’t get to talk to a person if you have a query, just Sandy the bot. She gave me the information I was looking for however I won’t know until I a check in 24 hours before my flight if I can actually increase my baggage allowance, so not happy with that.

I have enjoyed booking my last couple of holidays through Love Holidays. Easy to navigate and simple to understand. Lots of choice and the fact you can pay monthly if booked early enough. Customer service is very responsive also.

Avoid! You cannot make contact with anyone other than a robot! And when you do your in a queue for an hour to message someone who does not respond.
