Whilst my case is not yet resolved, I have been contacted by my case handler on a regular basis, with professionalism and good response times. I notice that not everyone posting a review has had the same experience as myself, but based on my experience to date I have no complaints at all.
appalling customer service, never returned a single call, constantly had to push them to do anything and given “xyz is on holiday” as a reason why nothing was getting done. felt our case was given an absolute minimal amount of attention. 3 …

Trying the same with me,I will say once its over and done with, there will be no praise, no thank you and I'll be instructing my insurers that I don't want anything to do with them. I will be writing a report for all to see,there will not be any names mentioned but I have the right to name and shame any company who doesn't do what they are overpaid to do. My write up will be on all known social media platforms and shared via my extended family who share with others, you could say a large spider's web.
