The Security Bond (the pre-authorised payment) should be released 5-10 working days from your return, depending on your bank. If your bank still hasn't released the hold, you will need to call them up and ask them to remove it. You will need the the Authorisation Code on the receipt to do this.

The security bond is a pre-authorised payment. It instructs your bank to hold the required amount in your account (we don't take it out) to protect us from any damage or theft. It is automatically released by your bank 5-10 working days after the return of your motorhome. If 10 working days have passed and the hold has still not been lifted then you need to contact your bank and ask them to release the hold. You will need the Authorisation Code on the receipt you were given on collection to do this.
