Absolutely terrible customer service. AVOID at all costs!!! No other energy supplier would leave there customers without gas for 4 days.
No way to speak to a manager because of covid – you can raise a complaint but it will take up to 8 weeks to investigate. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING
