Hi. The UK Government are still investigating this scheme and want to offer a cash out option for customers. They are currently looking at how to facilitate this and a voucher option is being considered. Local electricity suppliers are continuing to engage with the UK Government on the Energy Bill Support Scheme to ensure customers receive this as soon as possible. I've just become a new customer and I'm in emergency credit will my electricity cut off on a bank holiday as I'm not paid till Tuesday evening I also do not have a top up card yet
