As far as I am aware anytime I don't think there are any restrictions on patients.

I don't believe they have a sexual health walk in clinic. The nhs has a website that will find your nearest clinic based on your postcode
What's parking like? Is it oversubscribed and expensive?
Usually no problems with parking but will cost you a couple of pounds like NHS parking nowadays. There are also few bus stops just in front of the hospital.
