Hi Harry, Thanks for your question. As we're a credit union we pay an annual dividend on our main savings account, as opposed to interest. This means each year we analyse our profits and declare what dividend rate we'll pay for the previous financial year. In December 2018 we paid our members 1.5% on their savings. You won't find out what we're paying for this financial year until December 2019. As we're not-for-profit we aim to give as much as possible back to our members. Hi Yvonne, Thank you for your question. At the present time we are unable to allow additional payments into savings through cheque or card payment. However, if you do have extra money to pay into your account you are welcome to increase your monthly deduction and then reduce it when you're ready. This allows you to add additional funds into your savings. You can either arrange this through your Members Area when you are logged into our website, over the phone, or through email - whatever suits you. I hope this helps!
