Hi. Settlement figures (how much to clear your agreement and how) can be obtained via our website at https://www.northridgefinance.com/settlement-request/. You will need your agreement number, bank account number and date of birth. This will give you an up to date balance on your account as well as the amount to settle (if an agreement settles early, you are entitled to a partial rebate of interest ie, amount to settle/close will be less than your balance). Hello and thank you for your enquiry. There are various options. Option1. On the homepage of our website www.northridgefinance.com, you can click either on the 'settlement request' box on the homepage. To obtain you will require your agreement number, date of birth and details from where your payments or taken. Option 2. If you go to the 'Customer Toolkit' section of the website, select 'manage your account'. This will provide various options including registering for our self serve service where you can obtain settlements at any time as well as other features (including checking if account has been closed). Option 3. Download the 'Northridge' app for iOS or Android to manage your account on the go (per option 2, you may need to register if not already done so). Option 4.
