To counter a lot of the very negative reviews left… This is my first time financing a car and as such I had a few questions. I phoned Northridge and got through to a very helpful girl in customer services after about 2 rings. She was able to answer my questions and help me with changing my direct debit date, all over the phone.
The only company that offered me a car finance when on a poor credit score. Picked up a phone straight away several times I called them and always very helpful. The only things they could do better is to confirm an offer in writing before sending the agreement and easing the security questions.

Your website for a settlement figure is junk, as it does not work no matter how many times I double check the details, and you have no one available to take calls outside of standard working hours so it is very difficult to try to get time to call.

I dunno why arnold clark use this company for finance, got my other car through arnold clark and got accepted with a different finance company and went to trade my car in and got rejected from this company, just doesn’t make sence at all.
Don’t stick to their agreement, tried to take money on the wrong date and charged me excessively! Stay away! Customer service department was also very rude when trying to resolve the issue and weren’t helpful in the slightest. Definitely won’t be back!
