I have just had my second appointment cancelled for a smart meter installation? It’s disgusting! I booked both times weeks in advance and had to book time of work. I don’t understand if you book an appointment with by our sky they have never cancelled. Very disappointed with npower.
Try as hard as possible to avoid using npower. They have no interest in their customers. They only care about getting as much of your money as possible. If you need any customer care or technical help, you’re out of luck with npower. Avoid at all cost
