Absolutely shocking customer service. Ended up escalating a complaint to the CEO and still no response after 2 weeks. I wouldn’t waste your time.

They all work from home things don't seem to get done .. they are contracted to maintain the property phone them ask when is your grass cutting going too be done as they are in breach of their own terms and conditions of there contract.. if you get nowhere get hold of your local councillor to chase them. It will get done then.
