Awful, woeful. I have been an orbit resident now for 20 years, and over the past 5 years the nature of Orbit services has been one of neglect. Problems with roofing repairs, flooding and water leaks inside the property. The list goes on and on.

Some of their staff are very helpful but others expect you to do the jobs yourself so they don’t have to.

Never answer the phone and they just put it down on you absolutely useless if I could giv less I would
