Hi yes I have ordered a hot tub and it was delivered today. Karen is amazing and will help and understand any questions you have. Anybody that wishes to buy I hot tub I would highly recommend premier hot tubs. Communications are good and delivery was on time. It was amazing how they took care in unloading and how the put it in the spot I required. Although not connected yet we are so so happy with this purchase. So again thank you Karen for you understanding and I will have only buy from you and your company. like filters and chemicals

Hi Sean With regards to delivery, our guys will get into position (access pending) unwrap tub and go through a full check-list with you, all you will need to do is arrange for the electrician to connect from isolation switch into the tub itself, we send you all details on a PDF for electrician and videos on the controls before delivery, the systems are so advanced and set up is very simple, just fill with a hose Any questions let me know Regards Joe
