There is street parking for up to 4 hours around the area using paybyphone spaces. I parked on South parade for 3 hours at a cost of about 11.50. It's all on paybyphone if you google their website (strangely less clear on the app). There's also parking in Battersea Park Albert car park across the bridge 20 min walk away.
