I ordered online varifocal and progressive glasses can't wear i tried them, and feel dizzy , I can't focus can I change them?

As long as you have a recent prescription I believe they wil be able to help, just contact select specs.
I see that you have a promotion for on line customers, does this also apply if I buy instore please ?
In some cases we will honour a discount in our store if it is offered online. Please speak to a member of staff when you are in the store and they will be able to advise.
Why does this company refuse ( by silence ) to name the manufacturer of its multifocal 1.67 transition lenses. I asked twice. It contravenes uk long distance and internet trading regulations.

Delivery times depend on method selected. This is in addition to our production timescales.
Is there an outlet in Luton and how are prescription specs done when The person is not on the spot?
Unfortunately we only have a store in Westgate on Sea. You can order online, you can enter your prescription or send us a copy and we can make glasses to the correct values.
Do you conduct eye tests, if so how much do you charge?
Yes we do. We currently test on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Does the store in Westgate open on sundays
Website says that the shop is closed on Sundays but open Mon to Saturday 9.00 to 17.00. Hope this helps.
Do they supply trial specs to try at home ?
I dont know but am still waiting for the pair i ordered and paid for over two weeks ago

Yes you do need a prescription. Go to your opticians and get an eye test and use that. I did that myself

Yes they do. I have has 2 pairs of varifocals from Select Specs and I am very pleased with them
