I recently contacted Broadland Council’s business support team and spoke with Jane Bagley who dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. She explained what I needed to know and how to proceed, offering further guidance and support should I need it. I found Jane’s advice extremely helpful and her approach was professional.
Absolutely useless and completely unhelpful and God forbid you try to pay your council tax over the phone while talking to there staff they are rude hang up on you and never ask for your freedom of information as you won’t get it from them ever. Absolutely shocking council
