Absolutely disgusting is how I would rate this company.
They do not return deposits ( Paid £100 when I moved into my bought property in 2016) which would be returned when I moved out in 2024.
However this was ‘eaten up’ by invoice charges, in which they could not tell me what this covers ( though they did try by sidestepping the answer ).
They are bullies, underhand, fraudsters in my mind who tie you down to awful terms and conditions.
I could go on, but seriously please don’t get involved with these modern day gangsters.

I would honestly give this company zero stars if I could.
My opinion is they have no care, overcharge you, do not care, and more seriously they lied in regards to me getting my deposit back of £100.
I moved into a nice estate in 2016 in which you paid an initial deposit of £100, to be returned when I moved out.
I moved out in 2024, only to be told my £100 was spent on invoice charges, which when asked and asked what this was, they sidesteped the question.
The maintenance I found in the 8 years was reasonable, but overpriced.
They tie you down to unreasonable terms and conditions, which I will never fall into the trap again.
My advice is if you are doing business with Speirs Gumley…..THEN DONT.

Sometimes try to sneakily add charges to the quarterly bill like lift phone maintenance in a building which has no lift. Website and app regularly do not work making it a pain to pay them.
