The place is very clean. Most staff are helpful and friendly. Prices are acceptable. To improve, I would create more opportunities for younger customers. The current teen gym limits the customers to the upper floor; not both. However, the teen gym option isn’t properly organised

Aquafit class good. Reception staff not so good. Allowed a queue of 12 people to build up while 3 people held a social conversation.
