You may have to request this via a freedom of information request. The majority do reside outside the Stoke on Trent area, are grossly overpaid, incompetent and would not hold down a job in the private sector paying the same salary.

I think you have to go to one of the Local Centres (off Church St in Stoke or Smithfield Hanley). Take proofs of address, age etc. Open 9-5.

It depends on why you feel that they might need to visit the house. I recommend that you visit the council's Smithfield building as they can help and advise you there. The Smithfield building is the big multi coloured building in the centre of Hanley by the library where the new high rise buildings are being built.

Too logical for a council that is, plus it would be helping somebody and we know how against helping local people our council are especially our elderly who deserve help and respect for what they did for this country, the council much prefer helping those just arriving to jump the housing list instead they probably get more central government money that way, this money can then be spent on the next rediculous statue, building or other useless idea they can dream up.
