I doubt you can do it online .. reason being ,, if someone else decides to terminate your tenancy it can cause serious problems.. you can contact them and they can send the forms via the post

This depends on a variety of things and in the first instance i would contact Sutton CAB next to council offices and below library. They are very busy so perhaps phone them first? They are very good and helpful but incredibly busy so sometimes it's better to phone first in case you need to go to their other offices. Hope this helps.

The Sutton housing don't have problems like this at the weekend so you will need to wait until Monday before they pick up the phone
