Completely useless.. if you manage to get through on the phone they hang up. Nobody takes responsibility and they lie to get you off the phone. They should be reported to Trading Standards as they are incompetent and not fit for purpose. In fourteen years there has been no improvement!

Honestly the worst agency to deal with i have experienced… staff rude and offensive (we actually had to make a complaint about how rude they were to my wife) failed even by there own very lax guidelines to reply in time… avoid at all costs if you can

For 18 months i have been dealing with a complaint and the woman didnt even tell me i should have been contacting the police and the council until i went to see her supervisor and found out for myself.

Parking is limited to a few bays normally blocked by delivery drivers or taxis, seem immune to parking tickets and a lot appear to be related to civil enforcement officers as they call each other brother?

Thus far i have nothing but good to say they have always been helpful to me on all occasions never had to wait to long to be seen.

Great organisation that really cares about its residents

Worst customer service in the whole of the UK. Phone them, you get though to a call centre full of rude staff who don’t care about anyone . Phone them and see for yourself.

The worse place ever! I’m disabled in a wheelchair and still after a year they have not relocated me from a massionate with stairs inside and out!!

You phone them up and all you get is it’s not my job no one will help

Stop wasting money on pamphlets no one reads and pointless cycle paths and empty the disgusting dog mess bins regularly.

Absolutely useless can’t be bothered to do anything, other than pass the buck to Sutton council who in turn say it’s down to SHP.
