How long is the switching around going to end and do you think it won't be costing me more money
Hi, it takes 3 minutes to sign up and 2-3 weeks for your switch to be processed. It should definitely save you money!
Your customer service is ZERO! Emails and calls go unanswered! AVOID at all costs people!
You have retained my information without my permission and tried to switch my supply automatically the following year without my consent. How do I close any account you have registered under my name, when you don't answer emails or phone calls?

It is not and I have cancelled the direct debit they set up.
