Advice is always to contact havebury direct to see it's ok but, according to my handbook you can keep a pet and it should be fine. I have a dog and a house cat. When I moved in here almost twenty yrs ago I had two cats and one dog and there were no problems at all. Always just ask to cover yourself.

Yes as long it's in a good size garden and not close to neighbours washing if out especially if you don't want to argue...

Have you attempted to speak to them yourself? It sounds like children may be doing this. I would contact havebury if you get nowhere after talking to the responsible adult on the house. They may consider it antisocial behaviour but to prove it you may need to have a record of times,dates or perhaps record incidents on your phone if possible. First thing is approach them and talk it through calmly, or disconnect your bell until you get it sorted out?
